Collaborative Transit System

How do you attract and retain passengers for a new city transit system? How do you make it relevant and useful to them? I had to come up with answers for these questions and a bunch of others for this Collaborative Transit System project. I worked with another student to design a transit environment that encouraged communal participation while conforming to individual needs.
